//__Basics--xx
I am a Pisces. This means that I'm kind of spastic and all over the place all the time. Overall I have a few hobbies that make me insane. I like to write and to read Philosophy, as well as to play video games, sometimes. My favorite Philosophers are Nietzsche, St. Augustine, Hume, and Leibniz. I like to play DDR, Devil May Cry, and God of War. I have recently decided that I have a fascination with Guitar Hero. I go crazy without my computer and an internet connection, which is both because I don't like to be unwired, but also because I don't know what to do with myself. I suppose I have too many options... I am an amateur webdesigner and mostly spend webtime either doing homework or messing around on GaiaOnline. There I roleplay, interact, and collect items. I love my birdie, and my fishie. Their antics are hilarious. I also listen to an array of musics, ranging from Classical to Alternative.

I am a trichtillomaniac, which is the noun form of a mood-disorder that involves compulsive hair pulling. I'm also mildly OCD, which means that certain kinds of clutter get under my skin and I must fix them. I can't think when my room is messy, and sometimes avoid cleaning my room so that I avoid thinking. I don't like dust, dried grass, or leaves. I also hate being sweaty. There are two situations that are exceptions to this rule. My earrings match, but infrequently opposite one another; that is, I wear two pair of earrings. One pair is in my left ear, the other in my right. I am afraid of needles, which made getting my tattoo a bit weird.

When I'm depressed I either infrequently eat or frequently eat and am slightly suicidal. I also like to huddle in corners or closets to cry, but when I'm normal-ish I am claustrophobic.




//__Relationships--xx
I am bisexual, kind of. Currently, single. This is not a new change, and one I finally feel ready to change. That does not mean you ought to ask me out, unless I've expressed interest in you. Three people fit this classification?

I usually date guys with dark hair and who are taller than me. Never actually dated a girl, though I'm sure it's messy, complicated, and great. Long hair is fun to play with.

I like to be myself in relationships, which usually involves eventual total honesty and ends up complicating things beyond the scope of my comprehension. I am a terrible girlfriend and a terrible friend, and usually people don't believe that because of their preconceived notions of me and then end up disappointed.

I'm pretty confrontational and very complicated. But I don't see the point in a relationship that involves two people who are emotionally and sexually dead.

People who think that sex is morally wrong irk me.




//__Education--xx
I am a twenty year-old college junior, enrolled at a private, four-year liberal arts college in southwestern Pennsylvania. I am majoring in Philosophy, with an expected concentration/honors project in either German Philosophy or the Philosophy of Religion, and with a minor in German.

I plan on, after graduation, enrolling in Graduate school and completing pursuit in my education in order to get a Ph D in Philosophy (again, with a concentration in either German Philosophy or Philosophy of Religion). I hope to teach at a respectable university.

I will be participating in a study-abroad program in Cologne, Germany, from Tuesday, August 28, until December 14, 2007. You should email me or leave me messages.

I have two birds, both Parakeets. The oldest is named Bell, the youngest is named LuLu. They live in my dorm room and have a big white cage and lots of toys. They have distinctly different chirps. LuLu is the better flyer, but Bell is a far better climber. I also have with me a betta fish named Azazel. He's blue.

At home, I have a dog (8 years) named Bandit, and a German Shepherd/Black Lab puppy named Jack. My parents named him Smokey Jack when I wasn't home, and I refuse to call a dog Smokey.
